The Makoti Threshing Show

Take a step back in time – lots of fun for young and old! The Makoti Threshing Show is held annually the second weekend in July. 

This event includes a huge parade at 1 P.M. on both 

Saturday and Sunday, threshing on the grounds, and an operational sawmill. There’s also a pioneer village to visit, a large stationary engine display, kids' events, and a giant pumpkin contest, and a basketball tournament. Just to name a few of the events. Food is available on the grounds and in town. Camping on the grounds is available with and without electrical hookups.
